Ingredients
- White glue – equal parts
- Shaving cream – equal parts
- Liquid starch – small amounts, gradually added
- Food coloring – a few drops
- Mixing bowl – 1
- Spoon – 1
Instructions
- Combine the glue and shaving cream. Add equal parts white glue and shaving cream to the mixing bowl.
- Stir until fluffy. Use the spoon to mix thoroughly until the glue and shaving cream are completely combined and the mixture looks light and fluffy.
- Add the color. Add a few drops of food coloring. Stir until the color is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Add the liquid starch gradually. Pour in a small amount of liquid starch while stirring continuously. Continue adding it little by little until the slime starts pulling away from the sides of the bowl.
- Knead the slime. Once the mixture begins to form, use your hands to knead it until the texture becomes smooth and reaches your preferred consistency. If it feels too sticky, continue kneading before adding more starch.
- Store it properly. Place the finished slime in an airtight container whenever it is not being used. This helps prevent it from drying out.
Notes
Use a clean bowl and spoon, protect the work surface, and supervise children during the activity. Keep slime away from eyes, mouths, fabrics, carpets, and porous surfaces.
