Instructions
- Start by cleaning your bottle caps, making sure to remove any labels or residue.
- If you choose to paint your bottle caps, lay them out on a flat surface and use your paintbrush to apply the color.
- Take your fishing line or twine and cut several lengths of varying sizes.
- Thread a bottle cap onto each piece of twine, securing it in place.
- Tie a knot at the end of each piece of twine to secure the caps.
- Once all your bottle caps are attached, take your wooden or metal hoop and begin to tie each twine piece around the hoop.
- Adjust the lengths of your twine, allowing some pieces to hang longer than others.
- Once you have arranged your caps in a way that pleases you, double-check the knots and secure them with additional glue if needed.
- Add decorative beads to any of the twine for an added spark of color.
- After everything is secured and dry, find a sunny spot to hang your wind chime.
