Instructions
- Start by laying out your coffee filters on a clean, flat surface.
- If you are using food coloring, pour water into small bowls and mix in your desired colors.
- Dip the tips of the coffee filter into the colored water.
- Lay the damp filters flat to dry on paper towels.
- Once dry, cut out petal shapes at the edges of the folded filter.
- Lift the center of the filter and pinch it together before wrapping a pipe cleaner around it.
- Add glitter or sequins if desired to enhance the flowers.
- Repeat the process with additional filters and colors.
