- Yarn: Bernat® Plush Big™ in Baleen Gray (Color A) and Off White (Color B)
- Crochet hook: U.S. Size 50 (25 mm)
- Tape measure (optional)
- Yarn needle (optional)
Instructions
- Make the foundation chain. With Color A, chain 31 loosely.
- Work the first row. Make 1 sc in the second chain from the hook. Make 1 dc in the next chain. Repeat the sc-and-dc sequence across the foundation chain to the end. Turn your work.
- Begin the next row. Chain 3. Continue the established stitch repeat across the row, as directed by the pattern, and turn at the end.
- Continue in Color A. Repeat the second-row instructions until the blanket measures 36 inches long. Measure the work laid flat without stretching it.
- Change to Color B. Break Color A and join Color B. Continue repeating the second-row instructions until the blanket measures 44 inches long in total.
- Finish the blanket. Fasten off. Secure the yarn ends neatly so they are less likely to work loose with use.
