Ingredients
- Felt in various colors (1 color for the cloud, multiple colors for the raindrops)
- Scissors (1 pair)
- Needle (1 hand-sewing needle)
- Thread (1 spool)
- Cotton stuffing (small amount)
- Fishing line or string for hanging (1 length)
Instructions
- Cut two cloud shapes from felt in your preferred size.
- Cut several raindrop shapes from felt in different colors.
- Lay one cloud piece flat and position the raindrops along its lower edge, then attach them using glue or by sewing.
- Place the second cloud piece on top and align it with the first, keeping the raindrops tucked between the layers.
- Sew around the edges of the cloud pieces, leaving a small opening.
- Add small amounts of cotton stuffing through the opening to fill the cloud.
- Sew the opening shut once it is filled to your liking.
- Secure fishing line or string to the top of the cloud.
- Hang the mobile safely in the desired location, well out of a child's reach.
Notes
This mobile is intended as room décor; it should be placed well out of a child's reach and never treated as a toy.
