A delightful DIY project that brings the magic of winter and the holiday spirit into your home with colorful fizzy creations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup citric acid
  • Food coloring (festive colors)
  • Water (room temperature)
  • Small bowl or cup for mixing
  • Silicone mold in the shape of a tree (optional)
  • Glitter or decorative elements (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine one cup of baking soda and half a cup of citric acid in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add water, a tablespoon at a time, while stirring gently.
  3. Divide the blend into small containers or silicone molds, adding food coloring for layers.
  4. Sprinkle glitter or decorations on top if desired.
  5. Allow molds to dry for at least 24 hours.
  6. Remove the Fizzy Christmas Trees from the molds once dry.
  7. Place them in a decorative basket or tray for display.

Notes

Consider mixing in essential oils for added fragrance. Use different molds to create various shapes.
