- A small bowl of water for rinsing brushes
- Paintbrushes in varying sizes

- A paper towel or cloth for drying brushes

Instructions
- Begin by laying your coffee filters flat on a clean surface.
- Pour a small amount of acrylic paint onto your palette.
- Dip your paintbrush into the paint and touch it to the edge of a filter.
- Continue painting sections of the filter, allowing colors to overlap.
- Once fully painted, dip the filter into a bowl of water.
- After removing the filter from the water, lay it flat on a paper towel to dry.
- While waiting for the filters to dry, prepare additional flowers or cut the first one into petal shapes.
- Once dry, stack two or three filters together and cinch the middle.
- If you’d like a stem, slide a pipe cleaner or floral wire through the center.
- Arrange your new creations in a small vase.
