Ingredients
Fruit juice (grape, apple, or orange)
Yogurt (plain or flavored)
Fresh fruit (berries, bananas, or kiwi)
Popsicle molds (silicone or plastic)
Wooden sticks (if not included with molds)
Sweetener (honey or maple syrup, optional)
Halloween-themed sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Begin by washing and preparing your fresh fruit. Slice the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine your chosen fruit juice with yogurt. Stir gently.
Layer the fruit pieces at the bottom of each popsicle mold.
Slowly pour the juice and yogurt mixture over the fruit.
If using, sprinkle a few Halloween-themed sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
Insert the wooden sticks into the molds, ensuring they stand upright.
Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 240 minutes or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. You may need to run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
Notes
These popsicles can be stored in a tightly sealed plastic bag or an airtight container for up to two weeks in the freezer.
