Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of cornstarch.
- Gradually add 3/4 cup of water, stirring continuously until well mixed.
Cooking
- Pour the mixture into a cooking pot.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the pot.
Kneading
- Remove the dough from the pot and let it cool slightly.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth. Use non-stick spray on hands if sticky.
Coloring
- Divide the dough into portions.
- Squeeze a few drops of neon food coloring onto each portion and knead until the colors are evenly distributed.
