Ingredients

Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup baking soda and ½ cup white vinegar. Stir gently; the mixture will fizz. Keep mixing until it settles.
- Add ¼ cup cornstarch and knead the mixture into a dough.
Rolling Out the Dough
- Place the dough on a clean surface and use a rolling pin to flatten it to about ¼-inch thick.
- Enjoy the texture—it should feel smooth and pliable!
Cutting Out Shapes
- Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired shapes.
- For hanging, use a straw to make holes at the top of each ornament.
Baking the Ornaments
- Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your shapes on it.
- Bake for about 2-3 hours until they are hard.
Cooling and Decorating
- Once baked, allow the ornaments to cool completely.
- Paint and decorate them as desired; let any paint dry fully.
