Instructions
Prepare the Dough

- Once the fizzing stops, stir in the corn syrup until well blended.

Roll Out the Dough
- On a clean surface dusted with cornstarch, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin.
- The dough should feel smooth and workable without sticking.
Cut Out Shapes
- Use cookie cutters to create shapes from the rolled dough.
- Carefully lift the shapes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Create Hanging Holes
- Use a straw or skewer to poke a hole at the top of each ornament.
Air Dry the Ornaments
- Let the ornaments air dry for 24–48 hours, flipping halfway through to ensure even drying.
Decorate
- Once fully dry, paint or decorate the ornaments as desired.
