Instructions
Preparation
- Clear a flat surface and cover it with newspaper or a plastic tablecloth.
- Place your clear container or dish in the center of the tray.
Mix Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of dish soap.
- Mix gently to avoid creating a cloud of powder.
Add the Colors
- Separate the mixture into small bowls.
