Balloon Surprise Slime
A fun and creative craft that combines the joy of making slime with the excitement of colorful balloons.
Ingredients
Slime Base
- 1 cup white school glue
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (contains boric acid)

Instructions
Preparing the Slime Base
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1/2 cup of water. Stir until fully blended.
- Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda into the glue mixture to help the slime hold its shape.
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and stir until uniform.
Activating the Slime
- Slowly mix in 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution to start forming the slime.
- Once it begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl, knead it with your hands until smooth and stretchy.
Preparing the Balloons
- Carefully stretch open each balloon and fill them with glitter, mini beads, or a small amount of slime before tying them off.
- Use various colors to create surprises.
