Instructions
 

Preparing the Pineapple

  • Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple and remove the core.
  • Cut it into bite-sized chunks or wedges for easy dipping.

Melting the Candy

  • Place the blue candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and completely melted.

Dipping the Pineapple

  • Insert a fork or skewer into each pineapple piece.
  • Dip each piece into the melted blue candy, making sure to coat it evenly.
  • Immediately sprinkle coconut flakes over the candy coating before it hardens.

Setting the Candy Pineapples

  • Place the coated pineapples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Allow them to cool until the candy has fully set, about 10-15 minutes.
