- 6 tablespoons Borax powder For creating the crystals
- 2 cups Water Boiling water is required

Instructions
Preparation
- Take the pipe cleaners and twist them into flower shapes. Be creative!
- Use multiple colors to create contrast and vibrant designs.
Mixing the Solution
- Boil about 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Carefully pour the hot water into a jar.
- Slowly stir in 6 tablespoons of Borax powder until fully dissolved.
Adding Color
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the solution for colored crystals.
Submerging Flowers
- Tie a string around your pipe cleaner flower. If not using string, gently place it in the jar.
- Ensure the flower is fully submerged in the Borax solution.
Crystal Formation
- Set the jar in a quiet place where it won’t be disturbed.
- Leave it for several hours or overnight to allow crystals to form.
Finishing Touch
- Carefully remove the flower from the solution.
- Rinse it gently under cold water to remove any excess Borax.
Notes
