  • Add ½ cup of Borax powder to the boiling water and stir the mixture until the Borax is completely dissolved.

Customization

  • If you want colored seashells, add a few drops of food coloring to the solution and stir well.
  • The more coloring you add, the more vibrant your crystals will be.

Mold Setup

  • Place your seashell molds on a flat surface where they won’t be disturbed.
  • If using string, tie a piece of string around the mold to suspend it later.

Pouring the Solution

  • Carefully pour the Borax solution into the molds, filling them as much as you can without overflowing.

Crystal Formation

  • Allow the molds to sit undisturbed overnight, letting the crystals grow.
  • In the morning, gently remove the molds from the solution.

Reveal Your Creations

  • Carefully take out your crystal seashells and let them dry.

Notes

Consider using different molds for unique shapes, adding glitter for sparkling effects, or layering colors to create depth in your crystals. Ensure to avoid any moisture to prolong the life of your crystals.
