Instructions
Preparation
- Select your balloons in vibrant colors.
- Use scissors to cut the neck of each balloon for easier filling.
Color Mixing
- In a small plastic container, mix a few drops of food coloring with water to create colorful dye.
- Adjust the concentration based on how vibrant you want the colors to be.
Filling Balloons
- Take the funnel (if using) and insert it into the neck of the balloon.
- Carefully pour the colored water into the balloon, filling it about halfway.
- Remove the funnel and tie the neck of the balloon securely.

- Set your filled balloons on a smooth surface and give them a gentle push.
