  • 2 tablespoons dish soap Any standard dish soap will work.
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup or glycerin Glycerin creates more durable bubbles.

For Mixing and Creating Bubbles

  • 1 mixing bowl For combining the solution.
  • 1 whisk or spoon For stirring the ingredients.
  • 1 bubble wand or homemade tools You can use straws or cookie cutters.

Instructions

Prepare the Bubble Solution

  • In a mixing bowl, pour in the warm water.
  • Gradually add the dish soap to the water. Use a whisk or spoon to carefully stir. Avoid creating too many bubbles while mixing.
  • Add the corn syrup or glycerin to the mixture. Stir gently until well combined. This is key to making the bubbles bounce!

Create Bubble Tools

  • If you don’t have a wand, you can create one using straws or shape cookie cutters to form different bubble shapes.
  • Dip your tool into the bubble solution and lift it gently.

Bouncing Bubbles Time!

  • Gently blow through the wand or tool to create bubbles.
  • Try to catch the bubbles on your hand or a flat surface. Observe how they bounce and glide as they land.
  • Change your blowing technique to create small, medium, or giant bubbles.

Notes

Add food coloring to the bubble solution for vibrant effects. Mix a few drops of your favorite essential oil for scented fun. Challenge friends to see who can bounce the most bubbles without popping them.
