Instructions
Preparation
- Use scissors to cut the bottom off the plastic bottle to create a tube shape.
- In a bowl or shallow dish, mix 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of dish soap. Optionally, add a few drops of food coloring.
Assembly
- Cover the cut end of the bottle with a small towel or washcloth. Secure it with a rubber band if necessary.
