  • 1 cup white vinegar You can use apple cider vinegar as a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon dish soap Helps create thicker bubbles.
  • 1 cup baking soda This will create the bubbling effect.
  • a few drops food coloring Green or purple food coloring works best.
  • optional glitter or confetti For an extra magical touch.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup of white vinegar to create the potion base.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture. Green for a witchy potion or purple for a magical touch.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of dish soap to enhance the bubbling effect.

Create the Eruption

  • Pour the baking soda in a mound on a large tray or dish and create a small crater in the center.
  • Slowly pour the vinegar mixture into the crater and watch the magic happen!
  • Encourage more eruptions by adding additional vinegar as desired.

Notes
