Bug Slime

Ingredients
For the Bug Slime
- 1 cup white school glue This will form the base of the slime.
- 1 cup water Mix this with the glue to dilute it.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda Thickens the slime.
- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution Used to activate and pull the slime together.
- Food coloring (green, yellow, or any preferred colors) Customize the color of the slime.
- Plastic bugs (spiders, worms, etc.) For fun and creativity.

Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of water.
- Use a spoon or spatula to blend the mixture until it’s well combined and smooth.
Adding Ingredients
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the glue mixture.
- Stir until you can’t see any lumps; the mixture will become slightly thicker.
Coloring the Slime
- Choose your desired food color and add a few drops into the mixture.
- Blend until you reach your desired hue.
Creating the Slime
- Gradually stir in 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution.
- Watch the mixture start to clump together and pull away from the sides of the bowl.
Kneading the Slime
- Once it forms a glob, use your hands to knead the slime for a few minutes.
- Feel the slime’s texture change from sticky to smooth!
Adding Bugs
- Gently knead in your plastic bugs, distributing them evenly for a bug-infested look.
Notes
Customize your slime with various colors and scents. Keep in an airtight container to maintain texture. If the slime is too sticky, add small amounts of contact lens solution until desired consistency is reached.
