  • 1 bottle Clear plastic or glass bottle with a lid Any clear bottle works, ensure it has a secure lid.
  • 1/3 cup Water Room temperature works best.
  • 3 tablespoons Clear glue or glycerin For thicker movement, adjust according to preference.
  • 1 set Glitter Any colors that you prefer.
  • optional Small beads or sequins Add for sound and texture, optional.
  • a few drops Food coloring Non-toxic, optional for color.
  • 1 funnel Funnel or small cup To assist with pouring.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Choose your bottle and hold it in your hands, feeling its shape. Remove the lid and set it aside.
  • Using the funnel, pour about 1/3 cup of water into the bottle, listening to the sound it makes.
  • Add clear glue or glycerin to the water, experimenting with a few tablespoons for texture.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring and observe how it bleeds into the water.
  • Pour in your glitter, small beads, or sequins, and watch them settle before swirling freely.
  • Fill the rest of the bottle with water, leaving a little room at the top.
  • Secure the lid tightly, and optionally seal it with glue for extra safety.
  • Shake gently and admire your creation, observing how the glitter dances.

Notes

Display the bottles in a cozy spot to invoke tranquility. Use them during stressful moments to ground yourself. They can be customized seasonally or for personal themes.
