Ingredients
  

Materials for Glitter Globe

  • 1 piece Clear glass or plastic globe/jar with lid
  • 1 cup Distilled water (or tap water)
  • 1 bottle Clear glue (optional for thicker glitter movement) Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Fine glitter (various colors) You can mix colors for effects
  • 1 tablespoon Glycerin (optional for slower movement) Optional
  • 1 set Optional decorations (small toys, sequins, etc.) Customize as desired
  • 5 drops Food coloring (optional) For a colored effect
  • 1 tube Glue (water-resistant) for sealing

Preparation

  • Clean the globe or jar thoroughly to ensure it’s clear and free of any residue.
  • If using a plastic globe, make sure it’s durable enough to hold water without leaking.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a separate container, mix desired amounts of fine glitter and any optional decorations.
  • Consider using different colors or shapes for variety.

Fill the Globe

  • Carefully fill the globe/jar with distilled water, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Add a few drops of glycerin if you want the glitter to move slowly.
  • Mix in your glitter and optional food coloring to achieve the desired look.

Sealing

  • Once filled, apply glue to the rim of the globe or lid to prevent leaks.
  • Securely close the lid, ensuring no water can escape.
