1 length Fishing line or thin string Light and airy for hanging.

Select your old CDs and appreciate their glossy surfaces.
Cut your colorful tissue paper or film into small shapes or strips.
Use clear glue or Mod Podge to attach colorful pieces to the CD, spreading it gently.
Allow the glue to dry and decide if you want to add embellishments like feathers or beads.

Once dry, use the hole punch to create holes near the top of the CD.
Cut a length of fishing line or thin string for hanging and pass it through the holes.
