Mixing the Dough

  • Add 1 cup of white glue to the mixture.
  • Stir until you have a thick, dough-like consistency.

Rolling Out the Dough

  • Lightly dust your workspace with additional cinnamon.
  • Place the dough on the surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick.

Cutting the Shapes

  • Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes from the dough.
  • For hanging ornaments, use a straw or toothpick to make holes at the top of each shape.

Baking the Ornaments

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  • Place the cut shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 1-2 hours or until hard.

Cooling and Finishing Touches

  • Allow the ornaments to cool completely.
  • Thread ribbon or twine through the holes for hanging.

Notes

Add spices like cloves or nutmeg, use food coloring for dyeing, or add fine salt for texture. Consider different cookie cutter shapes for seasonal themes.
