Instructions
Preparation
- Set up a clean area with your materials. Lay down paper towels or a plastic sheet to catch any drips from the food coloring.
Coloring
- Place a coffee filter flat on your workspace and use food coloring or washable markers to design your butterfly wings.
- Think about gradients and patterns to let your imagination soar.
Misting
- Lightly mist the coffee filter with water using a spray bottle, watching the colors blend beautifully together.

Drying
