  • 1 cup liquid soap (dish soap or bubble solution) Make sure it's a liquid soap that can create bubbles.
  • 1 cup water Room temperature.
  • 1 cup corn starch Gradually added to thicken the mixture.
  • variety of drops food coloring Use different colors for customization.
  • optional - glitter For extra sparkle.
  • 1 - mixing bowl For mixing ingredients.
  • 1 - whisk or spoon For stirring the mixture.
  • 1 - baking tray or large plastic container For creating the bubble pile.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of liquid soap and 1 cup of water. Stir gently to avoid creating too many bubbles.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture. Mix gently until evenly distributed.
  • Gradually add 1 cup of corn starch to the colored soap mixture and stir until completely mixed.
  • Pour the mixture onto a baking tray or large plastic container, shaping it into a fluffy form.
  • Invite kids to scoop, squish, and bubble the foam with their hands, adding glitter if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. The foam may lose bubbles over time but remains fun to play with.
