Preparation
- Shape the pipe cleaners into a tree structure, making sure it fits into your container.
- Twist multiple pipe cleaners together for a sturdier base.
Creating the Sugar Solution
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and ½ cup of sugar.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves to a clear solution.
Final Steps
