  • 1 cup liquid dish soap Any liquid dish soap with good sudsing properties.
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup Increases thickness of the foam.
  • food coloring crimson and lime Adjust colors to your preference.
  • 1 tablespoon glow-in-the-dark powder Optional, enhances nighttime play.

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk or mixer Use to mix ingredients.
  • 1 large shallow container For assembling colored mixtures.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of water with 1 cup of liquid dish soap.
  • Slowly pour in 1/2 cup of corn syrup to create a thickening effect.
  • Gently stir using a whisk to avoid excessive bubbles.

Add Color

  • Separate your mixture into two parts.
  • Add crimson food coloring to one part and lime to the other.
  • Mix well until even colors are achieved.

Incorporate Glow (optional)

  • If using glow-in-the-dark powder, carefully stir it into one of the color mixtures.
  • The glow-in-the-dark effect enhances nighttime play.

Assemble

  • Pour each colored mixture into a large shallow container.
  • Swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.

Playtime!

  • Use your hands or bubble wands to create foam and bubbles.
  • Enjoy the shimmering, glowing visuals as you play!

Notes

Tips for variations include experimenting with different colors or scents, adjusting the corn syrup for thicker foam, and using blacklight for enhanced glow effects. Store leftover bubble foam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Stir well before reusing.
