Ingredients

Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and ½ cup of cornstarch.
- Slowly add 1 cup of water while stirring to avoid lumps.
- If you want to add color, include a few drops of food coloring and mix well.
Filling the Balloons
- Stretch the balloon opening carefully so it’s easy to pour in the mixture.
- Use a funnel to pour the mixture into the balloon, filling it about halfway.
- Once filled, tie off the balloon securely.
Creating the Crunchy Layer
- To give it a crunchy texture, you can shake in dry sand or small beads through the funnel before tying the balloon.
Testing and Enjoying
- Once the balloon is filled, give it a gentle squeeze to feel the texture.
- Experiment by bouncing, tossing, or squeezing the balloon for different sounds and reactions.
