Layering

  • Pour a layer of the blended fruit mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full.
  • Drop in whole pieces of fruit for added texture and a 'crystal' appearance.
  • Alternate layers of different fruit blends to create a layered effect, if desired.

Freezing

  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, making sure they're submerged but not touching the bottom.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Serving

  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
  • Pop the popsicles out and enjoy your colorful, frozen treats!

Notes

Experiment with different fruits and flavors based on the season. For creamier pops, add coconut milk or yogurt. Use herbs like mint or basil for a refreshing twist.
