Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dish soap (liquid) Any dish soap can work, but thicker soaps provide different textures.
  • 1/2 cup corn starch Can substitute with corn flour or baking soda, but may alter texture.
  • to taste Food coloring (optional) Add for color customization.
  • to taste Glitter (optional) Add for extra sparkle.

Preparation

  • Lay down newspaper or a plastic cloth to protect surfaces.
  • Gather all your materials close at hand.

Mixing

  • Pour 1 cup of dish soap into a bowl.
  • Gradually add the 1/2 cup of corn starch.
  • Stir the mixture slowly with a spoon until combined.

Customization (Optional)

  • If desired, add a few drops of food coloring for a fun hue.
  • Toss in some glitter for extra sparkle.
  • Mix thoroughly until the color and texture are uniform.

Kneading

  • Once combined, use your hands to knead the slime.
  • Feel the consistency change as you work it – it should become stretchy but not too sticky.
