  • 1 large Balloon (large size)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • various colors Tissue paper Cut into small squares
  • 1 stick Glue stick or craft glue
  • 1 pair Scissors
  • 1 string/rope String or rope (for hanging)
  • as needed Tape
  • as needed Fillings (candy, confetti, small toys) Choose what to fill your piñata with

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix until you achieve a smooth paste.

Creating the Base

  • Blow up a large balloon and tie it securely.
  • Dip the newspaper strips into the paste, allowing the excess to drip off.
  • Layer the strips over the balloon, covering it completely, and leave a small opening at the top for filling later.
  • Let it dry completely (approximately 24 hours).

Decorating

  • Once dry, pop the balloon and carefully remove it.
  • Cut tissue paper into small squares and use glue to attach them onto your piñata in fun patterns.

Final Touches

  • Using the opening at the top, fill your piñata with candy, confetti, or small toys.
  • Cover the opening with more strips of the newspaper or tissue paper to seal it.
  • Attach string or rope for hanging your fabulous dino egg piñata!
