Preparation
- Find a clean, flat surface to work on.
- Lay down some newspaper or a craft mat to protect your area.
Crafting the Ornaments
- Select clear ornaments; remove the tops if using glass.
- Pour a small amount of acrylic paint into the ornament and swirl it around to coat the interior.
- Before the paint dries, add glitter or sequins inside and shake to distribute evenly.
- Use paint pens to create designs on the outside and/or attach embellishments with hot glue.
- Once the decorations are dry, replace the tops and tie a ribbon or twine for hanging.
- Consider placing a note inside each ornament sharing its story.
Notes
