Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather pine cones from your outdoor space, ensuring they are intact and well-shaped.
  • Clean the pine cones by shaking out any debris or dirt.

Base Painting

  • Select acrylic paint colors and apply a coat to the outer edges of the pine cone using a paintbrush.
  • Allow the paint to dry completely, approximately 30 minutes.

Assembling the Tree

  • Cut the wooden dowel to the desired height for the tree trunk.
  • Attach the pine cone to the dowel using a hot glue gun, holding it in place until secure.

Decorating

  • Once the base is dry, use glue to attach decorative elements like glitter, beads, or ribbons.
  • Allow all decorations to dry thoroughly.

Sealing (Optional)

  • If displaying outdoors, apply a spray sealant once the entire tree is dry.
