  • 1 length String or yarn For hanging your suncatcher.
  • 1 source Sunlight or bright indoor light source To see the full effect of your suncatcher.

  • Start by cutting the clear plastic sheet into your desired shape—circles, hearts, or abstract designs work well.
  • Ensure the shape is large enough to showcase the colors effectively.

Design

  • Use the permanent markers to draw colors and patterns on the plastic.
  • Experiment with swirling colors together to create a tie-dye effect.
  • Focus on vibrant and contrasting colors to enhance the visual appeal.

Assembly

  • Once the design is complete, use the hole punch to create a hole at the top of your suncatcher.
  • Cut a length of string or yarn and thread it through the punched hole.
  • Find a sunny window or a bright spot in your home to display your creation.
