Ingredients
  

Materials

  • 1 piece Balloon (any color) 1 or more for additional stress balls
  • 1 cup Flour, rice, or cornstarch For filling
  • 1 piece Funnel Can use a makeshift funnel made from paper
  • 1 piece Scissors To cut the balloon if needed
  • 1 set Markers or stickers For decorating
  • 1 piece Bowl To catch spills
  • 1 piece Tape Optional for extra decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Choose a balloon and stretch it gently by inflating it a few times without tying it.
  • If desired, cut the top of the balloon to make the opening wider for filling.

Filling

  • Place the funnel into the neck of the balloon.
  • Pour your chosen filling (flour, rice, or cornstarch) into the funnel until the balloon is about one-third full.
  • Remove the funnel carefully, avoiding spills.

Finishing Touches

  • Gently stretch the opening of the balloon over your fingers, pinch and twist to create a tight neck, then tie a knot securely.
  • Trim any excess balloon if needed.
  • Use markers or stickers to add personality and flair.

Notes

Swap out fillings with sand or foam beads, use colored balloons, or add essential oils for scent. Ensure materials are safe and non-toxic for children.
