Instructions
Preparation
- Lay a coffee filter flat on your work surface.
- Add color to your filter using food coloring or markers, creating gentle washes or vibrant patterns.
- Moisten the filter lightly by dipping it in your bowl of water until it becomes softer and more pliable.
- Carefully fold the filter in half, and then in half again, creating a small quarter circle.
- Using scissors, trim the edges of your folded filter into a petal shape.
- Unfold the filter to reveal the petals and repeat the process with more filters to create a bouquet.
Assembly
- Take a pipe cleaner or piece of floral wire and roll the base of your flower around it gently to create a stem.
