Ingredients
  

For the flowers

  • 1 pack White coffee filters
  • various Food coloring or liquid watercolors Use different colors for varied designs
  • 1 Small bowls or containers For mixing colors
  • 1 bottle Spray bottle filled with water Optional, for creating soft blends
  • several Pipe cleaners or floral wire For stems
  • 1 pair Scissors
  • 1 pair Plastic gloves Optional, for clean hands

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay out your coffee filters flat on a clean surface.
  • In small bowls, prepare your colors by adding a few drops of food coloring or liquid watercolor and mixing with a small amount of water.
  • Optionally, fill a spray bottle with water and lightly mist the coffee filters.

Coloring

  • Using a dropper or spoon, gently place your mixed colors onto the coffee filters, allowing them to touch and merge.
  • Let the filters dry completely after you are satisfied with the colors.

Flower Assembly

  • Fold a dried coffee filter in half, and then fold it in half again, creating a cone shape.
  • Cut rounded edges at the top of the folded filter and unfold it to reveal layered petals.
  • Gather the base of the flower and insert a pipe cleaner or piece of floral wire, twisting to secure.
  • Adjust the petals to give them a blooming appearance.
  • Repeat the process for additional flowers.

  • Display your vibrant blooms in a vase or dedicate a space at home.
