Preparation

  • Start by cleaning your counter or table.
  • Gather all your materials so everything is within reach.

Make the edible mixture

  • In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and corn syrup.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix until smooth.
  • This mixture will be the base for your LEGO bricks.

Color the mixture

  • Divide the mixture into small bowls.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well until you achieve your desired color.

Fill the molds

  • Lightly spray the LEGO brick molds with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Carefully spoon the colored mixtures into the molds, filling them to the top.

Allow to set

  • Let the filled molds sit for about 30 minutes to an hour until they are firm.
  • Gently pop the LEGO bricks out of the molds once set.
