Ingredients

  • 1 cup white school glue Use only white or clear glue for best results.
  • 1 cup water Room temperature or warm water works best.
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt Provides soothing benefits and unique texture.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Helps to firm up the slime.
  • as needed Contact lens solution Used to adjust consistency.
  • as needed Food coloring Optional for color customization.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Epsom Salt Solution

  • In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of Epsom salt with 1 cup of warm water and stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
  • Allow the Epsom salt water to cool while you continue with the glue mixture.

Create the Slime Base

  • In a clean bowl, mix 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of water and stir until smoothly blended.
  • Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly.

Bring It All Together

  • Gradually pour in the cooled Epsom salt solution into the glue mixture, stirring continuously.
  • If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
  • As the mixture thickens, slowly add contact lens solution a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired slime consistency.

Knead and Play

  • Once combined, knead the slime with your hands for the best texture.
  • Place your slime in an airtight container when not in use to keep it fresh.

Notes

Enhance your slime with essential oils for scent or add glitter for visual appeal. You can also experiment with different colors for a unique slime experience.
