Instructions
Prepare the Lemons
- Cut the top of each lemon off to create a bowl-like opening.
- Squeeze out some lemon juice into a cup, saving it for later.
Mix the Eruption Solution
- In a small bowl, mix together the baking soda and dish soap.
- Add food coloring to the mixture if you want a colorful eruption.
Erupting Time!
- Spoon the baking soda mixture into the hollowed-out lemons.
- Pour a splash of the saved lemon juice onto the mixture and step back to enjoy the fizzy eruption.
