  • If using small pebbles or sand, place them at the bottom for a realistic touch.

Creating Background and Sea Creatures

  • Cut a piece of blue craft paper to fit the back of the jar.
  • Glue it to the inside back of the jar to create water.
  • Cut out shapes for fish, seaweed, and other ocean life from various colored craft paper.
  • Use your imagination to make colorful fish, jellyfish, or funny sea creatures.

Assembling Your Aquarium

  • Use glue or tape to affix your sea creatures to the background and sides of the jar.
  • Be creative! Layer different heights of seaweed or place fish at various angles.

Final Touches

  • Sprinkle some glitter or sequins inside for a shimmering effect.
  • Seal the jar with its lid to keep everything intact.
