- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (containing boric acid) Essential for activating the slime.
- Glow-in-the-dark paint or powder Add according to package instructions.

- Food coloring (optional) To customize color.

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of clear or white school glue.
- Add 1 cup of water and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to the glue mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in glow-in-the-dark paint or powder according to package instructions.
- For an extra sparkle, add glitter at this stage.
- Gradually stir in 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
- Take the slime out and knead it with your hands.
- Incorporate food coloring if desired until you reach your preferred shade.
