- ¾ jar Water Fill the jar about ¾ full with water.

Instructions
Preparation
- Fill your jar about ¾ full with water to create the base.
- In a separate bowl, combine 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Creating the Fireworks
- Add a few drops of food coloring to the oil, using different colors for a vibrant display.
- Observe as the food coloring settles at the bottom of the oil due to density differences.
Mix and Observe
- Slowly and carefully pour the oil and food coloring mixture into the jar filled with water.
