  • Gather all the materials on a flat surface.
  • Ensure the jar is clean and dry.

Mix the Colors

  • In a small cup or bowl, add several tablespoons of water.
  • Using a dropper, add food coloring to the water and stir gently.

Layer the Ingredients

  • Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into the jar using a funnel.
  • Slowly add the colored water to the jar, observing the patterns formed.

Seal and Shake

  • Secure the lid tightly on the jar.
  • Shake the jar gently to mix and watch the colors swirl.

Notes

Customize colors with different shades or metallic food coloring. Adding glitter can enhance sparkle. Use seasonal themes for holidays.
