Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1 cup vinegar

  • Clear plastic containers or trays To hold the reactions.
  • 1 spoon For mixing the ingredients.
  • Protective wear (gloves and goggles) For safety during the experiment.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay down newspaper or a plastic tablecloth to protect your surfaces.
  • Ensure you have a well-ventilated area for mixing the ingredients.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In one of the clear containers, pour 1 cup of baking soda.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring and mix well. Create multiple colored batches if desired.

Prepare the Reaction

  • In a separate container, measure out 1 cup of vinegar.
  • Optional: Add one or two drops of contrasting food coloring to the vinegar for added visual effect.

The Firework Reaction

  • Slowly pour the vinegar into the container with the colored baking soda.
  • Watch as the mixture fizzes and bubbles, resembling a mini fireworks display!

Experiment and Play

  • Try different combinations of colors and observe how they react.
  • Take pictures of your colorful explosions!

Notes
