  • 1 jar Clear mason jar or glass container Ensure it's clean and dry.
  • 1 packet Red, white, and blue glitter Use different colors for layers.
  • 1 pack Cotton balls or tissue paper This will create the base layer.
  • 1 optional LED tea light candles For illuminated effect.
  • 1 bottle Craft glue For securing layers.
  • 1 roll Decorative ribbons or string To finish the decoration.
  • 1 pack Small stars or confetti Optional for extra sparkle.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start with a clean, dry mason jar. Remove any labels.

Layering

  • Add a layer of cotton balls or crumpled tissue paper at the bottom, creating a soft base.
  • Sprinkle a layer of red glitter over the base using a spoon for even distribution.
  • Next, layer white glitter to create a sparkling contrast.
  • Finally, add a layer of blue glitter on top for a patriotic finish.

Add Some Sparkle

  • If you have small stars or confetti, sprinkle these on top for an extra twinkle.
  • For an illuminated effect, place an LED tea light inside the jar and ensure it’s safe and secure.

Seal and Decorate

  • If desired, seal the jar with a lid.
  • Decorate the outside with ribbons or string in coordinating colors to complete your festive look.

Display

  • Place your Fireworks Jar as a centerpiece on your table, or use it as part of your porch or backyard decor.
