Instructions
Preparation
- Choose a small container or mold that will give your rocks a defined shape.
- Pack baking soda firmly into the mold to form your lava rocks.
Creating the Fizzing Mixture
- In a separate bowl, mix white vinegar with your chosen food coloring and essential oils if desired.
- Stir the mixture and watch the colors combine.
Unmolding and Activating the Rocks
- Carefully remove the baking soda shapes from the mold and place them on a tray.
- Pour the fizzing mixture over the baking soda rocks directly.
