Instructions
Preparation
- Cover your work surface to catch spills.
- Gather all materials and tools to ensure smooth crafting.
Mixing
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup of water to the baking soda and stir until you have a smooth paste.
- Slowly pour in 1/2 cup of white vinegar and stir gently, allowing the fizzing reaction.
Coloring and Molding
- Divide the mixture into separate bowls for different colors.
- Add food coloring to each bowl until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the colored mixtures into your muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each section but avoiding overflows.
Drying
- Place the molds on a baking sheet to catch drips.
- Allow the chalk to dry for 24 hours or until completely hard.
Completion
